This further chapter will allow Andrea Buttignon’s creation to be performed in a single concert, making it a repertoire resource ready for international stages.
A professional with solid experience in international music production, he has received prestigious awards including the BMI Music Award in the United States and several number ones in music charts in various countries. His productions and compositions have been used globally in films, TV series, documentaries and platforms such as Netflix, receiving mentions from authoritative international publications. His artistic research is distinguished by the desire to innovate traditional genres, integrating contributions from electronic music and contemporary sounds to transform classical language into a modern and avant-garde sound experience.
Role: Composer and Author of the original composition and responsible for music production, he translates the Christian hymn and the historical identity of the territory into a work of European scope.
A musician with a solid classical and jazz background, he is a prominent figure capable of ranging from gospel to jazz, to choral and orchestral music. Founder and director of major ensembles, he has performed on the world’s most prestigious stages, collaborating with icons of global music such as Stevie Wonder, Cheryl Porter and Donald Lawrence. His work as an arranger is recognized for the ability to blend different styles into complex realizations, curating record productions and orchestral directions that have received wide critical and public acclaim. He is also a respected teacher, committed to training new generations of musicians through high-level seminars and masterclasses.
Role: He curated the complete edition of the score, translating into music the emotional power and spiritual solemnity of the project. He will perform as Conductor of the Anima Aeterna Orchestra during the recording of the work and the first concert.
She trained at the Scuola Normale Superiore of Pisa and the University of Pisa, graduating with honors in classical disciplines. After gaining academic experience abroad (Oxford, Munich, London, Geneva), she currently teaches at the University of Udine. Her study and research interests focus on Latin literature and its reception in Western culture. She has participated in several international conferences and is the author of numerous scientific publications, essays and translations, which are distinguished by methodological rigor and depth of critical analysis and have appeared with prestigious Italian and foreign publishing houses. Her expertise in classical studies aims, among other things, to enhance the role of ancient texts in contemporary contexts, preserving their peculiarity and original character.
